Breast Augmentation - Breast Enlargement - Breast Enhancement:

Breast implants - Silicone implants - saline  implants

Breast augmentation - breast enhancement is the most common cosmetic procedure performed in the United States. Dr. Mabourakh uses both silicone implants and saline implants by Allergan Inc. (formerly Inamed Corporation)  as well as Mentor Corporation to enhance the size and shape of your breast.  All implants carry a warranty by the manufacturer. The incisions we use are very small and can be placed through the nipple, under the nipple, under the breast or with in the arm pit to hide the scar. For best results Dr. Mabourakh prefers to place the implants under the chest muscles whenever possible. This reduces the chance of implant visibility or rippling.

Breast Lift - Breast Mastopexy - Key hole Lift - Doughnut Mastopexy:

Breast lift raises and reshapes sagging breasts by removing excess skin and repositioning remaining tissue and nipples in a more natural position. Many times women combine breast lift - mastopexy with breast augmentation by adding saline implants or silicone implants to enhance the appearance and create more fullness. To limit the incision size different techniques can be used such as keyhole mastopexy or doughnut mastopexy also known as Benelli mastopexy sometimes written as Binnelli mastopexy. Please checkout our before and after photos and you will see the breast shape that Dr. Mabourakh can create is very natural appearing and pleasing to the eye.

Breast Reduction:

Breast reduction removes fat, excess breast  tissue, and skin from the breasts, lifting the breasts as well as creating a smaller, lighter, and firmer breast. This procedure can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple.

Breast Reconstruction:

Breast reconstruction using latest surgical techniques and devices make it possible to create a breast that can come close in form and appearance to matching a natural breast using tissue expanders, breast implants (silicone implants or saline implants), TRAM flap, Latissimus flap, or autogenous tissue.

Blepharoplasty - Eye Lid Surgery - Eyelid lift:

Blepharoplasty is performed to correct drooping upper eyelids and puffy bags below the eyes by removing excess fat, skin, and muscle. (Upper-eyelid surgery may be covered by insurance if used to correct visual field defects.) Eyelift surgery is usually performed under sedation anesthesia in combination with local anesthetic. Blepharoplasty takes less than one hour to perform and has a quick recovery with minimal pain.

Dr. Mabourakh will discuss the procedure and your goals at length and review the changes in the shape of your eyes that would occur, to obtain the result you are looking for.

Face Lift - Facelift - Rhytidectomy:

Face lift or rhytidectomy is designed to improve sagging facial skin, jowls, and loose neck skin by removing excess fat, tightening muscles, re-draping skin and most often done on men and women over 40. There are many forms of face lifts including mini facelift or lower face lift and full face lift. This procedure can also be used to improve the neck area as well. When combined with laser resurfacing or chemical peels the facelift results can greatly be enhanced. Results can also be improved with use of fat injection or different forms of dermal fillers.  Many patients also enjoy the benefits of Botox Cosmetic.

Nose Surgery Rhinoplasty:

Rhinoplasty or nose surgery involves reshaping the nose by reducing or increasing size, removing a hump, changing shape of tip or bridge, narrowing the span of nostrils, or changing angle between nose and upper lip. This procedure may also relieve some breathing problems. Dr. Mabourakh performs both open rhinoplasty as well closed rhinoplasty to reduce the amount of scars. Done as out-patient surgery basis, nose surgery can be done under general anesthesia or conscious sedation.

Brow Lift - Browlift - Forehead lift:

Forehead lift minimize forehead creases, drooping eyebrows, hooding over eyes, furrowed forehead and frown lines by removing excess tissue, altering muscles and tightening the forehead skin. Brow lift may be done using the traditional technique, with an incision across the top of the head just behind the hairline, at the hairline  or with the use of an endoscope. Endoscopic technique, uses 3 short incisions with in the hair line to reduce or eliminate visible scars and shortens the recovery to a few days.

Facial Implants, Chin implants:

Chin implants change the basic shape and balance of the face using carefully shaped implants to build up a receding chin, add prominence to cheekbones, or reshape the jaw line.

Lip Augmentation Lip Enhancement:

Lip augmentation restores or enhance lip appearance by using injectable fillers or surgical implants. There are many fillers available today, such as: Restylane, Juvederm, Juviderm Ultra, Radiesse, Artefil. Body's own fat can also be used as fat injection to avoid use of man made products.

Ear Surgery - Pinback - Otoplasty:

Set prominent ears back closer to the head, or reduce the size of large ears. Most often done on children between the ages of 4 and 14 years. Otoplasty is also performed on adults to correct overly protruding ears or ears of different shape and size.

Collagen and Injectable Dermal Fillers:

Plump up creased, furrowed, or sunken facial skin; add fullness to lips and creases. Using human collagen, bovine collagen, Alloderm, Radiesse, Restylane, Prevelle,Juvederm, ArteFil, Hylaform, Zyplast, Zyderm II, Cosmoplast, Cosmoderm.

Chemical Peel:

Restore wrinkled, blemished, unevenly pigmented, or sun-damaged facial skin, using a chemical solution such as phenol, TCA, Obagi Blue Peel and Glycolic acid to peel away skin's top layers. Works best on fair, thin skin with superficial wrinkles. Combining peels with microdermabrasion can enhance its result.

Laser Facial Resurfacing:

Smooth the face, treat fine lines and wrinkles utilizing Cutera technology on all skin types all year around. Titan, Limelight, Pearl, IPL, Prowave and Laser Genesis treat layers of damaged skin. Softens lines around the eyes and mouth and minimizes facial scars and unevenly pigmented areas.

Laser Hair Removal:

Laser hair reduction of unwanted hair using the Cutera Prowave laser that generates a beam of intense concentrated light which is directed through a small hand piece to the directed site. The laser energy is absorbed by pigments in the hair causing selective damage to the follicle reducing the number of hairs.

Laser Spider Vein Removal:

Laser vein removal of small veins using the Cutera Limelight and CoolGlide Vein Therapy laser that generates a beam of concentrated light which is directed through a small hand piece to the site. The energy is absorbed by the red blood cells causing decomposition or destruction by heat of unwanted vessels while leaving skin intact.

Laser Pigmented Lesion Removal:

Age spots and brown spots or pigmented lesion removal using a laser device that generates a beam of concentrated light which is directed through a small hand piece to the site. The laser energy is absorbed by the melanin pigment causing decomposition or destruction by heat of unwanted cells while leaving healthy cells intact.

Skin Restoration with Fillers:

A non-surgical procedure that restores the defects in soft tissue that cause wrinkles, creases and other signs of aging or scarring. This method is also used in treating traumas such as disease or injury.

Botox Cosmetic:

With selective injections Botox therapy is a simple, non-surgical procedure that softens facial wrinkles, provides facial reshaping, creating a younger and more refreshed looking face without surgery.

Abdominoplasty Tummy Tuck Mini Tuck:

Abdominoplasty or tummy tuck is performed to  flatten the abdomen by removing excess fat and skin and tightening muscles of abdominal wall. Tummy tick can be used to improve the lower abdomen only (mini tummytuck) or improve upper and lower as full abdominoplasty. Liposuction is usually combined with abdominoplasty to improve its result.

Liposuction Suction Assisted Lipectomy - Lipoplasty, Ultrasonic Liposuction:

Improve body shape by removing exercise-resistant fat deposits with a tube and suction device. Can be performed using the tumescent technique, in which targeted fat cells are infused with saline containing solution with a local anesthetic before liposuction to reduce post-operative bruising and swelling. Common locations for liposuction include chin, chest, cheeks, neck, upper arms, abdomen, flanks, love handles, saddlebags, hips, thighs, knees.

Male Breast Reduction - Gynecomastia - Love handle

Reduce enlarged, female-like breast in men using ultrasonic liposuction and or surgical reduction of excess glandular breast tissue. Liposuction in men is also used to reduce the size of the flanks ( love handle) srea.
